So we sent our server to technician (not Dell's staff) to solve this problem and he said that 'I've solved the problem but I had to reinstall your OS'. But after some time we seen that there is a notification on bottom-right corner and notification says 'Activate the Windows' and we understand that he installed clean copy of OS and this is not licensed. We tried to activate the Windows with serial key on sticker (on the side of computer case) but this key doesn't work. Probably It means he installed another version of Windows.
