Hey i got an old Avaya IP Office 500 V2 through a friend of mine, it have a license but don't have a software cd. I don't have any prior knowledge configuring Avaya IP PBX. I only worked with yeastar IP PBX and yealink IP Phones, they pretty easy to configure and edit. This avay IP office 500 v2 seems to need a software to configure, I cant find anything in the web manager. To download the avaya ip Phone, i seems to need the SOLD ID number, I dont have avaya account to download the software.

Can anyone provide me any link to download the admin software. If it has version 8.0+ firmware loaded you may be able to connect to it through a web browser connected to the wan port in the back. Set your pc IP address to someone like 192.168.43.X, subnet 255.255.255.0, gateway 192.168.43.1. Point your browser to 192.168.43.1 and click 'IP Office Web Manager' and you'll have most of the capabilities as if you had the software installed. The default login and password would be: Administrator This is assuming web manager was installed during initial setup. As for downloading the software, you may be able to find an alternate source. Just google 'IP Office Manager Download' and see what comes up.
